Ordered 23rd Aug not received until 4th Sept with no real reason why it took such a long time for the order to be fulfilled. Obviously cannot receive a higher star rating in consequence.

Hi there, apologies for the delay with sending this order. As you paid us by BACS we had to wait for this to clear in our account before we sent this order for picking and processing. Your payment cleared with us on the 28th and we then shipped your order on the 31st with Royal Mail. Unfortunately, around all Bank Holidays we do see general delays with shipped mail. I'm sure this was a one-off as most of our orders will arrive within 2-4 working days. Many thanks for your order and feedback.

We have come a long way since George Baldwin first opened his doors on 77 Walworth Road, South East London in 1844. In the last 170 years, Baldwins has passed from the loving care of George Baldwin whose family helped to establish 12 shops (before downsizing) to the Dagnell’s, who have helped Baldwins to flourish into the store you see today: London’s oldest and most established Herbalist.
