Great, as usual. I am a regular customer, and first discovered them around 1970, but it's only recently I've been ordering from France. Occasional delivery delays, but that's down to the French side !

Hi Mervin, I can see on our system that the order you placed on the 17th was also shipped that same day to the address specified. The service we used in this instance is Royal Mail 24Hour Packetpost. This should have been with you within 25 hours (24-48 in our experience), delivered with your regular mail deliveries. If, for any instance, Royal Mail were unable to deliver this parcel they have left a 'while you were out' card which would then give you the option to rearrange delivery or pick up your parcel from your local collections office.
There are many, many times (especially in the London area) where we see no card being left and all sorts of issues with miss-delivery of parcels. If any order does not arrive within ten working days (Royal Mail's maximum delivery time) we will happily send a replacement. Please do let us know if you have still not received this order. In the last 170 years, Baldwins has passed from the loving care of George Baldwin whose family helped to establish 12 shops (before downsizing) to the Dagnell’s, who have helped Baldwins to flourish into the store you see today: London’s oldest and most established Herbalist.
