thanks for order and your feedback on this purchase. Apologies that your delivery was late, unfortunately, we can't directly control the actions of Royal Mail staff; so when they mark items as not able to deliver due to access, that's as in-depth as we can see from our side of things. I totally believe and understand that you were in and, on this occasion, we'll be seeking compensation from Royal Mail for the late delivery. Hopefully refunding your delivery cost goes some way to rectifying the lateness of your delivery.
