The products I bought were just what I wanted. I had a small issue with one and phone lee the customer services who were fantastic and dispatched a replacement immediately. Couldn’t recommend enough

Hi there, I can see that we shipped your order from the 13/08/2018 (using 24 Hour Packet Post) on the 14/08/2018 - you may need to check with your local Royal Mail Collections Office to see if they are holding your parcel for you there as there are many times we see that failed delivery cards are not left. In the last 170 years, Baldwins has passed from the loving care of George Baldwin whose family helped to establish 12 shops (before downsizing) to the Dagnell’s, who have helped Baldwins to flourish into the store you see today: London’s oldest and most established Herbalist.
