Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

First class service all the way. Joel ensured everyone got the most enjoyment out of their break in Harrogate. Joel’s courtesy, kindness and consideration was appreciated by all. The hotel was superb.

My gripe is that I paid a single supplement but the room I had at Drymen was very, very small with a very soft single bed. It certainly didn’t merit paying a supplement. Other ‘solo’ guests had double

Dear Sheila, many thanks for your feedback, we are sorry your expereiecne of the room was not the best from the hotel. We will pass on your comments. We do usual have very good feedback for the Winnock Hotel. We are pleased in the main you enjoyed your holiday. We advise to always speak to your driver as soon as possible should you have any issues with your hotel accommodation.
