Nice trip through an interesting part of France. We enjoyed visiting the small towns & especially Carcasonne. The start was less than we expected, however.

Friendly, tried to help but the boat let them down. Bad job of teaching at the beginning. Fast not complete. Everyone else performed well.

The arrival was a big disappointment. OUr boat wasn't ready on time so we were delayed until the morning to leave. We felt that the front desk help was overwhelmed and didn't give us the best service.
