Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you did not feel the course was worth the price. I will speak to Phantom Flight School about the pack and see if we can get this amended to cover everything. Flying time is dependent on travel time, weather etc but we do aim for 4 hours whenever possible, so apologies if you did not receive this. We will be looking into your tuition comment immediately.
