Item was well packed. The offer of a refund with free return when I was disappointed with the item, demonstrates responsive customer service.

I was very disappointed with the large planter. It was surprisingly light in weight when for the price I expected something substantial. It is also very basic looking, both the metal and wooden parts.

Hi Christine, I'm so sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your planter. This item has been handcrafted from iron and mango wood and it has been one of our best selling items this year. We haven't had any other feedback of this nature, so we're really surprised to hear you're unhappy.

I can see that you have not contacted us at all to discuss this item, or to arrange to return it to us.

So I'm going to drop you an email now to discuss this further, because I would like to get a better understanding of what the issue is, and to arrange for you to return this to us for a full refund.

good sized object , if you like bugs ( grasshopper ) this is an attractive object.good finish to it. Well packaged. Too slow delivery from purchase given the postage cost hence 4 stars
