The vases are lovely. I was only a bit surprised that the courier threw a parcel labelled 'fragile' over my fence because i was out when they delivered. Fortunately the vases were in one piece.

We're incredibly sorry to hear you're disappointed with your wall hanging. They are made from real feathers and are individually hand crafted. They are a flat design, which is why it can also be used as a table mat, and although we show lots of in-situ pictures, we understand it can be hard to get a feel for things online.
