Very poor service, items were missing from delivery yet I had still been charged. When I contacted them they were slow to deal and made me jump through hoops to get my refund

They need to improve their delivery process, 10 days is not acceptable these days for an item that was said to be in stock, Receiving the order was not in any way life-critical, just annoying.,

Delivery a little slow but bearing in mind the circumstances with COVID 19 this is understandable. Boots arrived safely and were correct and as advertised. Would use again.
