Thanks Kelsey Too bad when Rhiann called she was just as rude and hardly said sorry about her staff. Very defensive. Don't ask for feedback if you are going to be like that! Too conserned with the fact i was upgraded lol I never asked to be and trying to tell me how much it is now for the room I was upgraded to i didn't book this room so she can not even compare this. Next time I'll book direct with cruise company
