Quite easily arranged a Balcony upgrade and preferred location and deck. Determining drink and other packages was vague at initial contact. More info would have helped.

The agent was great with no problems. My only complaint is that we tried to book a trip we saw on the website but were told it was unavailable. It was still on the website for a long time after that.

My initial contact was great. Amanda provided me with all the details on first contact. The only issue I had was not receiving a reminder email for the first major deposit.
