Thank you for your reply Jeff. We are glad you enjoyed your stay in Apartment SP293. We are sorry that the TV was not working on arrival, but we were assured by the property manager that you were provided with a new TV receiver box as soon as this was reported. The outdoor furniture was cleaned thoroughly the day before you arrived, but it is so hot and dusty at this time of year that it does get a little dirty very quickly. We hope that despite these small issues you will book with us again in the future.

Our website has been undergoing quite significant improvements over the last few weeks and we are aware that this has sometimes affected the site speed and loading. Hello Carol, we are pleased that you had a good holiday, but disappointed that you felt there were a few issues in the villa. The property manager is always on hand to resolve any issues such as lack of seating or bedding. This has never been a problem before, but we have spoken to the property representative and she has assured us that all points raised in your review will be checked and resolved immediately.
