Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Many thanks for your feedback. We thought long and hard about whether to reply to your “expensive” comment. We have looked back through the last year and consider we provided real value for money. We invoiced in line with our fee quote. Your organisation went through significant change. You moved from Sage to Xero (accounting software) and you went through 2 changes of internal Accountant. Throughout we provided a great deal of support, much of it unpaid. We are currently discussing this year’s planned work with your new Chairperson and are pulling out all the stops to ensure we again deliver the best value for money and earn recognition for doing so David Hancock
