Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. I am so sorry there were no hooks on one of the panels. We are usually checking the drapes before the ship to the customer, but unfortunately mishaps like that happen. 
Thank you for sharing the pictures with us. Your home looks gorgeous and your dog is adorable!

Working with regal drapes was a good experience. Unfortunately,I chose the wrong fabric and do not have the drapes up in my home . They are still sitting in the box unused.
