I was of course concerned to see that you were unhappy with the sofa we delivered which I understand the salesman ordered as a split sofa over concerns for access reasons. Due to the fact that the sofa is split and made as three pieces there are from time to time alignment issues and there are gaps which are an unfortunate feature of a product made in this way. I can only assume that the salesperson did not explain the nature of the gaps and for this I apologise. Having seen the sofa the seam on the left hand cushion of the sofa is, although straight, is out of alignment by 1” approximately. The supplier did offer to rectify this but as you were unhappy with the sofa we made an access check and have since replaced your sofa with a fixed one.
As a company we pride ourselves on our customer service and I appreciate it when I am made aware that we have fallen below customer expectations. I am sorry you did not feel valued and I have made our sales and customer service team aware of your situation so that customers are more aware of what they will be purchasing.
You state that the sofa is still not perfect and I would appreciate it if you could send me details.
