Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Our records show that you wrote to us on Boxing Day, 2019, when we were closed for the festive period. We responded to your email on our first day back at work, 7 January, 2020.
Based on the images of the bed you sent us, it appeared that the zip had been chewed by your dog. Unfortunately, our products are warranted for materials and workmanship, not for damage caused by a pets.
We do offer a repair service, however which is available to you. We do not charge for the labour costs, however if hardware, such as a zip requires replacing, we charge a nominal fee.
If upon inspection, we deemed the bed to be faulty, we would gladly refund your purchase, however if it was damaged by your pet, we can repair it for you.
We're committed to sustainability and minimising dog beds as landfill, which is why we offer our repair service.
