Hi there, sorry to hear you had problems finding our venue. I'm afraid we cannot force candidates to wear masks as this is not a legal requirement anymore, however it is actively encouraged.

Hi there, on rare occasions such as staff sickness or venue problems unfortunately we are forced to postpone our training from time to time and we will always do so with a minimum of 7 days notice. However please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience it caused you.

Trainer was late, he came at 10:30 instead of 9 am so we had to wait outside for more than an hour. And the practical didn't go well because of equipment malfunction.
