Good communication prior and during the course. It would have been helpful to have a map available from the different stations to the venue. Trainer was very knowledgeable and informative.

Excellent tutor! However difficult to find the venue on a cold wet morning. I also felt that there could be a separate ‘advanced,’ course for people like myself wishing to refresh knowledge and skills

Course was very useful and helpful but need to sort parking out. It's atrocious security team is disgusting and absolutely awful.

Hi there, sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the security at our venue. We can only taking bookings for parking on weekdays so when you booked on a Saturday, unfortunately this was not possible to fulfill. Great to hear you enjoyed your course however, thank you for your feedback.
