The safety of our trainers and delegates is paramount. We have all appropriate measures in place to reduce the possible transmission of Covid-19 (chair covers, hand gel, gloves, face masks, enhanced equipment cleaning and sufficient room ventilation). The nature of the subject means during the practical aspects of the course you may need to be closer to other delegates than you would during the theory session, to which chairs are 1 metre apart. The lesson plan allows for 2 hours and 45 minutes of practical time (inclusive of demonstrations and ongoing assessment) due to different delegate experience levels the practical section is staggered with concurrent activity. We're sorry to hear you did not feel you had enough practical time however, please ensure next time you communicate this to your trainer and they will be able to spend some further one on one time with you.
