Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Hi Gail, thank you for you feedback, trainers send stocktakes of equipment after each course and report back to head office to make sure all stock is replenished and working fully after each course. We will conduct a full review of stock/ equipment in our Birmingham venue with your trainer to ensure our policies are still being followed.

Hard to see the flip chart where all the important information was. The practical part was a bit chaotic. There were others with zero experience and not adhering to safe practise, needles not disposed

We do advise this is a refresher training only and expect all candidates to have prior knowledge of Venepuncture & Cannulation. All trainers should conduct a thorough demonstration and advise of correct techniques and best practice, before the practical session.
