Dear sir, many thanks for your feedback and we are obviously sorry that we were not able to obtain cover from our first choice provider on this occasion. As part of our process we sometimes have to try a provider before we know whether cover is available and unfortunately in this instance it was not. We were however able to obtain another product for you but I appreciate that this was not yours or our first choice. We aim to provide some cover in as many circumstances as possible and we aim to work harder than anyone else to ensure that we have exhausted every option for you.
