Many thanks for taking the time to write a review it is greatly appreciated. I have looked into the delays on your case and it would appear that they were caused by the life insurance company needing more information regarding your diabetes. This unfortunately is not uncommon and we try to speed up the situation by regularly chasing the GP's Surgery but at the end of the day we can only work at the same speed as the Surgery. We are constantly looking at ways of improving our procedures and I can assure you that your comments have been noted. Paul Mellor Managing Director
