Assistance of First Union was professional, swift in response, and all my questions were answered straight away for my full satisfaction. As a result new mortgage rate was extended for next 2 years.

I actually did not mean to go on there web site but I am glad I did they got me a deal a lot better than Halifax offered me direct the staff where polite and helpful

David kept me informed even when systems problems prohibited the scheduled call from taking place. David was very clear with his explanations and details of the proposed mortgage.
