I would also like to add that Kelly has been extremely helpful and efficient in dealing with our issue, normally the big companies don't bother about customer sevice but First Union Mortgages do care about their customers and have gone above and beyond to rectify our situation. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend their sevices.
