It is not uncommon for businesses to use email as a preferred method of communication for order queries as it allows our team sufficient time to contact the associated courier to ensure they feedback accurate information. However, we are glad a member of the team was able to assist you immediately.
Our website states that next day delivery is subject to stock levels, and unfortunately there was not sufficient stock to fulfil your order in its entirety. As soon as the team were aware of this situation, they attempted to contact you and a message was left.
