The quote you used is one-sided and was taken totally out of context: In summary.• She offered you a free upgrade from recycled to genuine leather.• You settled on an upgrade that was of a higher value than the item that you originally ordered.• We upgraded you to a faster shipping service to meet your needs at no extra cost.• Finally, you told us you had already given the gift away but you were unhappy with the colour of the foil. So we offered you compensation which you refused. You did not make it clear what you wanted us to do to resolve this, but we did try.• We did not as you state in your review just brush it off.This has caused a lot of upset here. We have looked at it from all angles trying to work out how we could have prevented this. Honestly, we feel in this instance it would have ended this way whatever happened. You have now been fully refunded so hopefully, that will give you some comfort.
