It was great to be able to speak directly with someone who knew what was wanted. Liam's advice on places to eat in Havana proved to be excellent.

I called at 6.50 p.m. and expected to get an answerphone. I got a person and he called me back as arranged at the time he promised with the answers he promised. Brilliant.

All arrangements went very smoothly. Staff were friendly and helpful, and transfers were punctual and efficient.
