They have efficient, professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff and offer a thoroughly superb service from first contact to completion of the holiday.

We were well looked after before we departed and the initial transfer worked well. Transfer from Havana to Varadero didn't exactly go as planned but they did sort that out too
