Booking of hotel and advice/payment for visas was good. However, payment for transport from the airport was excessive. We felt unfair advantage was taken of our ignorance on taxi fares in Cuba.

Fantastic service from start to finish both in the UK and in Cuba with all Cuba Direct staff. Would recommend to anyone going to Cuba, they give fantastic advise and go above and beyond to help.

Good choice of hotel, airline and transit Perhaps would have preferred a few days outside Havana if I had been told the advantages and public transport difficulties

Very good itinery provided. Only minor quibbel was promised suggestions for bars/restaurants in Trinidad never materialised.
