The staff talked to us about what we wanted from a holiday in Cuba, answered all our questions and booked a tailor made the holiday to meet our needs.

MS Woods You and I spoke at length about the problems you had since you returned, and as you are aware I looked at the history of all the emails and details sent to you and I can say with absolute certainty that you were sent the correct itinerary 3 times over a period of months. As you changed various aspects of your booking after the initial booking the itinerary changed. It's a shame that you then printed and traveled with the wrong paperwork that was sent to you before you made all those changes. I am sorry that you had so many frustrating confusions as a result of this. Your feedback though is always welcome and it has raised the issue of how we can better cater for our clients who are less confident internet users. Kind Regards Bianca Cuba Direct Customer Services
