Thank you for your feedback. We have looked at the Customer Support communication and at the time of submitting your chart for review initially your ovulation confirmation did look correct. However when we received a subsequent request to review your chart 11 days later, we agreed it was incorrect and the Technical Team removed the confirmation. OvuSense is clinically proven to be 99% correct when confirming ovulation so it does get it wrong 1% of the time.
