The service was excellent. Recieved a quick reply to an email sent to find out information on a rod. Then ordered a reel and line late in the day and it arrived first thing next morning.

I already own one of these reels and have no concerns with it. It has a very smooth drag system on it. Purchased it from First Tackle as more competatively priced and the service was excellent.
