Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we had unprecedented levels of customer queries and limited resource. We have prioritised each query on an urgent case by case basis.
We fully understand your frustrations caused by the current coronavirus pandemic and changes in either airline flight schedules or your personal circumstances.
However, our policy with regards to admin fees is stated on our Terms & Conditions. Unfortunately, when making amendments to bookings, there is a cost associated with processing this.
