Having looked into the this - We can confirm there was an issue with Dehumidifier, largely caused from mis-handling by the courier. We do believe the unit has now been returned and refunded in full. We have checked with Agne in Customer service, who are is very dissappointed and sorry that she could ever have been conceived as rude as she had tried very hard to help you arrange the free return of this unit. Apparently the normal Postal Service was not suitable for you and when we twice arranged collection by DPD in the timing also did not suit. I think eventually it was arranged by AN Post . Sorry that this happened, we do try our best but sometimes things do go wrong, however we are always kean to learn and improve from these issues .Best wishes
