Item was returned promptly and whilst the basic cost was refunded I am very unhappy that return postage was not refunded.

The baby alpaca gilet is exactly what I wanted and was accurately represented in the photos. The colour was the same and the lady on the phone helped me to choose the right size.

I sent this too short, too narrow and too thin gilet back on 4/02/22 and you received it on 9/02/22. Still no refund so this is my mark for this supposedly luxury item that was meant to be a Valentine
