Thanks for your feedback and I’m really sorry you did not have the fabulous experience we, and you, would have wanted.If you spotted any potential maintenance problems or were disappointed with the standards of cleanliness and equipment during your cruise, we would have hoped you were happy with the way in which we responded at the time. Our local teams are contactable throughout your cruise in case you have questions or need help - I’m sorry if our service levels did not meet your expectations. We always aim to get customers underway as early as we can but this is not always possible due to operational constraints.
