We are sorry to hear that your boot did not fit you well and that the return process has taken time.
Taking the measurement of your calf is very important with this model. To find the perfect fit we will recommend you to measure the widest part of your calf over a trousers and long sock if you do wear them.

Order dealt with and dispatched quickly - do complaints at all. The boots are lovely. Only reason not giving 5 stars is that I haven't really had the opportunity to try them out a lot yet
