Terrible after sales service, boots didn't fit and wife was refused a replacement or refund. Will never buy Le Chameau ever again.

Very disappointed that my new faulty boots were not replaced until I returned the original purchase. This left me without footwear and the need for me to go out of my way to get the exchange.
