In the run up to Christmas we do unfortunately experience delays which is frustrating for all involved. However it seems we could have done more to update you on the progress of your order and we take that on board. We are keeping an eye on your order to prevent any further delays.

Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. I'm concerned about your blackout lining comment. The blackout lining doesn't let any light through at all. It is completely opaque.
