Although we are all different and perceive firmness and comfort differently from one another, this mattress is one of the firmest on the UK market and could never be described as anything other than extra firm. The mattress you have purchased does come with a 60-night Comfort Trial; if you are not finding it comfortable you would be more than welcome to exchange this for something more suitable.
