Hi Antonia, Thank you so much for your feedback, though I’m am very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your item. We clearly state in our product description and photos that the product comes in a plastic pot: ‘The faux trailing Spanish moss comes in a black plastic pot (decorative gold pot not included).’ I’m sorry if you missed this, however. Though we do offer a 30 day returns policy, so you always have the option to return the faux plant instead if you may prefer to. I can see that you haven't contacted us about this directly about your disappointment with the item, so I will drop you an email now about this.
