A friendly fella who does a lot of work to find you the cheapest mortgage. Yes you pay a fee but he finds cheaper mortgages than you can on the net, and he does all the work. Result.

As always, Ian Marriott from the Gainsborough branch, pulled out all the stops again to sort out my mortgage. This is the third time I've used his services and would recommend to anyone.
