Thank you for your comments. We have tried to contact you but have been unable to speak to you , although we have left a voice mail message. If you wish to discuss further please give us a call. We will listen to the various call's to see what lessons can be learned but would assure you it was never our intention to be condscending in any way, whilst providing advice, explanations and options.  Although your policy remains on a UK basis, options were provided prior to renewal on both annual and temp overseas cover. Again we are happy to review these with you if required but premiums for these covers will remain as previously discussed.
