Haven't had to make a claim yet so I can't vouch for that, but it is refreshing to talk to a person on the phone straight away every time I contact them.

I haven't had to make any claim - so can't comment on that front, however any contact I have had with new moon they have always been very friendly and helpful.

We are members of NAMIR and in the first 3 years of our Band Aid programme, provided over £10,000 to eligible Brass Bands, with our contribution continuing to grow year on year. Whilst music is our passion, music instrument insurance is our business.
