Thank you for your kind words. We made a decision when we set up Newmoon to offer a service which reflected the service I would like to receive, if I was a customer. To us, its the service standard we all deserve. I know every company would say something similar to you but being a true specialist (and not just a dept in a large company) we feel that we can deliver on this and also take the time to talk to you and understand your needs. Thank you for taking the time to reply and I was delighted to read that the Band Aid programme (the cash refund) has been helpful to the band. Over the last 5 years we have opertated Band Aid , we have supported/ paid back approx £30k to bands up and down the UK. We hope that we are doing our bit for Brass Bands in the UK.
