I have had this machine for about three years. It is fantastic. It is easy to set up, batteries last a long while, you can pay to receive text messages and error messages. Marvellous!

Hello, thank you for your comments. I note that you mention the £10 top-up; the sim card you are using is a Pay-As-You -Go sim which you should be able to top up £50 at a time. Spare keys can be purchased on our website and if you would like to speak to one of our team with details of when the 3 messages were not received we may be able to provide further information. The morning dose is set for 9am and I have failed to receive texts (or emails) on 28th jan, 29th jan, 31st jan, 4th feb, 5th feb, and 6th feb. I still receive the evening message OK. Please investigate and get back to me. Thanks
