Amelia Dress in Olive Green Satin

I'm sorry to hear that you felt you didn't have enough time at your appointment and felt rushed. Unfortunately we have to allocate 1/1.5 hours (depending on the length of time you book) and have to stick to this as our appointments are private, you have full use of the store and we are normally booked back to back on weekends as we have other customers who want to try on x

Thanks for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear that the dress didn't live up to expectations. Due to the nature of satin it can pull if caught (no sitting on drystone walls!) and as with most fabrics, water marks do dry unseen unless something else like wine has been spilt on the dress and it hasn't been properly cleaned. Water marks come out brilliantly particularly if dried under a hand drier. High quality satin is made from either polyester or viscose, we would love to use silk but unfortunately our dresses would cost upwards of £300 if this were the case.
