Thanks for your feedback. I have looked in to this and can see that you were ordering from the US. At the time of ordering we were making policy changes on our website - we used to charge prices to US customers that included duties but we then changed this so that the price you saw excluded duties which were added at checkout. I can appreciate that this was confusing and apologise that you were caught up in the changes at the time you were ordering! I can see that we resolved your queries over email and I really hope that you enjoy wearing the Valerie dress for your wedding

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear that you were not happy with the trying on experience in store. I know that you felt you didn't have enough time and felt rushed. Unfortunately we have to allocate 1/1.5 hours (depending on the length of time you book) and have to stick to this as our appointments are private, you have full use of the store and are normally booked back to back on weekends as we have other customers who want to try on. I'm happy to hear that we could sort a different size for you when you needed one! x
