Thanks so much for your feedback, we can totally understand why it may be frustrating. Occasionally our best sellers can go out of stock despite our best efforts! We have chosen to join the many retailers that are now charging for returns in a bid to try and inform shoppers on the negative impact of returns to the environment and to small businesses in particular. We try to keep this as low as possible at £2.99. We are also working on different ways to improve our sizing and style information so that our customers can buy with more confidence.
